This is a collection of non-related photos we took in 2003 that speak of the beauty, diversity, and difficulties of Africa.  Hopefully, they will give you too a "feel" for Lifeline and for Africa!

Edward (LH) Gokwe pastor, came to the Training Program despite suffering from malaria; Addmore (RH) pastors in Mkoba, Gweru, and is Lifeline regional leader for the Midlands

Cosmos's diesel depot - he hides his fuel in a wreck behind his house!!  He drove us to Vic Falls (and we got dirty diesel on the way....  This is Zimbabwe 2003 style...).

Beira Base Director, Anacleto and Carmelia Ferrao's two youngest, Beira.  You can't compete with African kids for photogenic ability!  They hammed it up for Michelle...

A typical scene in Manica Province, Moz.  The charcoal sellers ride uphill
with no gears and these enormous loads on their panniers!

Former Lifeline graduates, twins Sindiso and Kanyiso pastor with George Moyo's network.  Sindiso had just got married.

Sudza tastes better when eaten with the fingers, NOT forks!  Craig and Michelle sample Africa at a Gweru lunch break 2003

Mick Allard's attempted serious painting of a longtime farm hand losing control on his bike developed into a humorous sketch because the old man couldn't stop laughing while Mick took preliminary photos (and in true modern African reality bites, the subject is now dying of AIDS)... Mick provided accommodation for Brian and Loxley (when they had nowhere to stay).

Mick Allard's pet kingfisher visited outside Brian's door every morning.  Nyamandlovu, Byo.  Beautiful Africa at its stunning best.  Mick's bird paintings are well-known in Southern Africa am

The Mkoba, Gweru 2003 Lifeline students at Pastor Rabbi Mhlanga's (2nd back right) unfinished church facility.  An experienced bunch of wonderful people!

The Nyamandlovu, Bulawayo student group 2003 in the kitchen, eating "room" (outside on the dirt)...
